I just spent the most wonderful weekend in Spokane. Went with three friends and we shopped ( :-) ) went to a great buffet, saw a movie, Ice Age 2, and then on Saturday went to Time Out for Women. It was so great. The speakers were....Virginia Pearce, Dean Hughes, Joseph McConkie and Sharon Larson. There was music by Cherie Call and the host was Michael McLean. He
s great. They were all great. They provided a lunch for us also. This was held at the Spokane Opera House. The only downside was Thursday night I was so excited to go that I woke up at 3:30 and couldn't go back to sleep. I think we all got about 5 hours sleep that night and then we stayed in a motel and only go about 5 hours sleep Friday night too. So we were all tired. I sure would like this to be a yearly thing. What a shot in the arm!!!

Sounds great to me! I kept crying because there was a mother in front of us that had four of her daughters there and a granddaughter and they kept caressing and hugging each other and wiping tears away and looking at each other when something was said and it just made me cry!
oooh I want to come visit my grandma!!! HEy was I ce age 2 good? I wan to come and see it!
The kids have been begging me to take them to ice age 2, we liked the first one.
Yeah it was pretty good.
I asked dad what he had for dinner on Sat. ( I had prepared him something for Friday.) He had mixed nuts and cheese!

Man, when I was out of town, I heard Scott and the boys went out for Chinese food...I think they like having me gone :)
