It looks like this is a dinner of some sorts, well Grandpa?
The picture was taken in Acapulco when Helen and I and Harold went there. I had an NRD meeting in Houston and we went to Acapulco on a side tour. I would guess it was in the mid 80's. The pirate? He was just one of the boat crew members I think.
